Area Club vests should be worn if possible, but first claim club/national/GB vests may be worn otherwise
Start 2 pm – arrive 1:15 pm, Wave 1 Men, Wave 2 Women
(Based on EA COVID guidelines of approximately 100 people per hour. Waves may have to be reconsidered.)
Strictly no spectators allowed, no warming up or down on the course and please disperse from the finish area immediately. In order to comply with COVID 19 guidelines athletes will need to adhere to the following: arrive – declare – race – leave.
