8.5k Mountain races, 31k Trail races

Entry is via OpenTrack.

Mountain 8,5K (D+900) – 27.03 – € 50
Mountain – Open Race 8,5K (D+900)* – 27.03 – € 30

Trail 31K (D+1950) – 29.03 – € 50
Trail Relay 31K (D+1950)* – 29.03 – € 30 per team (3 athletes – € 10 per athlete). To be paid directly at TIC

Value for the second event: € 30

Athletes’ Party – € 20 (only accompanying person pay)
Accompanying Person € 20 (transport value)

Note: There won’t be any party transport price because there is no need for it.    

Entries closes 2 weeks before the event – 13 March 2020.
There is no limit to entries.

Just an idea for a pre-Christmas parkrun get together – not just for runners, it would be great to see the field eventers too for a plod round and post event coffee!!!

We would like to send a team doan to Lee Valley to represent NMAC in this annual fixture.

Events available are:

60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 2000mW, 60mH , 4x200m, HJ, LJ, PV, TJ, SP

Age Groups are:

M35 (M35-49) M50 (M50-59) M60 (M60-69) M70 (M70+)

W35 (W35-49) W50 (W50-59) W60 (W60-69) W70 (W70+)

1 Athlete required for each event.

Teams will be selected and all communication will happen there.

Subject to Covid guidelines we are still planning for events to go ahead. We will only hold this event if everyone in all of our areas is free to travel and you should keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.

There are good facilities for both Male and Female competitors. Showers may not be available. The course is undulating and usually wet and muddy.
