Please can you let me know which events you would like to do please so i can enter you. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY.
If you are an official and can officiate at any meetings then please let me know also which meetings and your Official grading and number and if field or track.
As you know throws are senior weights
Men Women
Javelin 800gm 600gm
Shot & Hammer 7.26kg 4kg
Discus 2kg 1kg
and high jump opening heights female 1.30 male 1.40, triple jump boards are 7,9 & 11 but 5m tape has been requested.
I will be at each meeting, the number you will be given on the day will be the number you use for all meetings so please don’t loose them.
Please also make sure you have renewed your membership for 2025/2026.
