Person (could be male or female) needed to organise the ladies team for the The Inter Area matches.
The Indoor Inter Area is on Sunday February 25th at Lee Valley, London
The Outdoor Inter Area will be in the Midlands, date to be confirmed.
THE INTER AREA MATCHES ARE GREAT FUN AND FULL OF TEAM CAMERADERIE. ATHLETES ARE OFTEN HAPPY TO DO ANY EVENTS JUST TO GET POINTS FOR THE TEAM .
WE ALREADY HAVE A SUPERB MEN’S TEAM MANAGER, PAUL BARLOW AND WE ARE IMMENSELY GRATEFUL TO CAROL HOLT FOR DOING THE JOB FOR SEVERAL YEARS.
WE DESPERATELY NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE ON THE ROLE IN TIME FOR THE INDOOR EVENT.
The Team Manager would get good assistance from the NMAC Committee -e.g. email addresses of the usual NMAC team members to check they can compete, help with sending in the Team declaration. On the day there would be another person helping give out numbers, provide vests, put up banners etc. The Team Manager would be able to compete themselves.
If we do not get a manager it is possible we will not have a ladies team.
