I’ve enjoyed 30 years of master’s athletics. It helps to keep me fit, provides a challenge in life and has introduced me to so many pleasant and friendly people. With five year age groups, it makes getting older almost welcoming!

I’ve been with the club for over 20 years now and have made so many life long friends. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have been part of it all. Without a doubt it’s been the best athletic period of my life since I joined up, and hopefully I’ll continue for many years to come. It will always be my first club.
