The women’s team needs some help I am afraid, we have spaces available for any NMAC member to volunteer for, in the following:

W35 400m Hurdles, W35 Pole Vault.

W50 300m Hurdles.

W60 1500m, W60 2km Race Walk, W60 300m Hurdles.

Men’s team requires athletes for the following:

M35 800m, M35 a space in the 4 x 100m relay.

M50 Race Walk.
