An update on how the NMAC Men’s Team for the Inter Area at Yate on August 2nd is shaping up.

I have been heartened by the response and feel we have the makings of a great team, but we need more athletes yet.

The following have said they will probably or definitely compete and you will see some big names there and big point scorers.

Richard Higson Blythe, Mark Beer, James ‘Biscuit’Taylor, Rick Cordwell, Darren Scott,Stephen Thorpe, Darren Scott ,Andy Hunter, John Wright,Jed Turner, Steve Taylor,Steve Watmough, David Murrie, Steve Peters, David Murrie,Graham Webster.

Other possibles are John Twiddle, Steve Linsell, Mike Quinn, Tony O;Brien.

M35 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, Javelin, Triple Jump, Pole vault, Walk and hurdles (Rick Cordwell can you cover some of these?)

M50 400m, 800m,1500m, Javelin, Hammer, Shot , Discus, Pole vault, Walk, hurdles -(Stephen Thorpe, can you cover some?)

M60 High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Walk,Hurdles (hoping David Murrie can cover some of these)

M70 Possibly 400m,definitely 800m, 1500m, Shot,Long Jump, (hoping Graham Webster and Mike Quinn can help here)
