There is no team hotel or accommodation, it is down to you to decide what type of accommodation suits you for your competition location, your competition dates and money you can spend.
Champioship timetables
For Track and Field, the championship website and handbook will say what days what events are on. Sometimes, but extremely rarely they may state which stadium has which events. Full detailed timetables will never be published before the entries close, it is usually about 2 weeks before the first day of competition. For Road, Cross Country, Marathon etc, these are usually published as part of the information displayed on the championship website and handbook.
Track Relays
Put your name, performance(s) and number on the paper declaration sheet(s) on the GB&NI notice board at the championships. For full details see this link https://bmaf.org.uk/2023/09/18/sprint-relay-team-selection-methodology-upon-which-athletes-can-rely/
Entries
All entries will be verified by BMAF international entries team, you do not need to contact them regarding progress, they will come back to you if you do not yet meet the requirements for GB&NI representation. It helps if you have paid your national registration fee and area club membership.
If championships use Opentrack for online entry, you can check if you have been approved by viewing the tick (approved) or cross (not approved) against your name as shown in this example.
