A bright sunny day with a challenging hilly course for our NMAC 10k Road Championships.
Not a big entry unfortunately from NMAC, hopefully we will get more next year.

David heard that he had got selected for the English team for the International X Country Race, after running the selection race the day before. A busy weekend for him.
