Here is the latest Inter-area teamsheet and timetable.
Gaps exist in:
W35 PV,
W50 RW, W50 300mH
Potentially in W60 800m Hilary can fill it but she is injured, W60 1500m, W60 300mH
M35 200m, M35 800m
M50 RW, M50 400mH
Also can any W35 middle distance runner relieve Carol of doing W35 1500m or 800m?
Suggestions and volunteers are more than welcome please.
Please note there is a correction embodied on the timetable in this post, the W35/W50 Javelin is now at 15:20 and M35/M50 Javelin is now at 16:50, effectively swapping the previously shown W35/W50 JT with M35/M50 JT.
