Rob Watkinson being presented The Ken Mayor Trophy for the best age graded time by Caroline Marler, NMAC Hon.President.
Rob(M45) had a good battle throughout the race with Andy Turner (M35) but won with a fast finish in 16.44 to Andy’s 16.47
There were many minor battles throughout the race, the rain was less than forecast and we got a warm welcome and bacon butties from The Brownlee Centre. Thanks to the band of helpers including the resident cat!
We are sorry we didn’t have the expected professional photographer at the event. He has ruptured his achilles tendon and couldn’t attend.
